Privacy notice
Comprehensive privacy notice on the personal data we collect when you contact Atiende or request a meeting through this website. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
1. Controller and contact channel
The controller of the personal data you provide through this website is Javier Cámara Porte Petit, an individual operating the Atiende brand, domiciled at Calle 43 No. 147A por 38 y 36D, Benito Juárez Norte, postal code 97119, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. For any matter relating to your data, including the exercise of your rights, email ventas@useatiende.ai with “Privacy” in the subject line, or call +52 999 370 0779. This notice does not replace the additional notices, agreements and conditions a contracted service may require.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect what you type into the contact form and, together with it, the origin of your visit (campaign parameters in the address, referring site and first page of your session; no cookies). We do not request sensitive personal data; do not include passwords, payment information, health records or unnecessary third-party personal data.
- Identification and contact: first name, last name, work email and phone number (optional).
- Professional data: job title (optional), company or organization, industry, company size and country.
- The content of your inquiry (message, optional), the website language in which you sent it and your acceptance of this notice.
- Technical data that hosting and email delivery services may process to operate (for example, IP address, request date and browser details).
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes, necessary to handle what you request: responding to your inquiry, preparing the sales conversation and arranging a demo or meeting. Together with your request we record where you came from (for example, the ad or campaign, through address parameters such as utm_source or gclid, the referring site and the first page you visited in your session) so we know which channel brought your inquiry.
Secondary purposes: none. We do not use your form data for marketing unrelated to your request, advertising profiling or to sell it, and we do not send it to advertising platforms: your name, email, phone number and company are never transmitted to them. Requesting a demo is not a newsletter subscription.
4. Transfers and technical providers
We do not sell your data. To provide the service we use technical providers that process it on behalf of Atiende or that you choose to use. Each has its own privacy notice.
- Resend: delivery of the email containing your request to our team when you use the form.
- Cal.com: meeting scheduling. It is involved only when you activate it (by pressing “Load calendar” on the contact page, by continuing to pick a time on the demo page, or by opening the scheduling link); the details you enter there are processed under https://cal.com/privacy.
- Vercel: hosting of the website and of the function that receives the form.
- Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn: only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies (section 7). They receive technical data from your browser and browsing (IP address, cookie identifiers, page views and events such as submitting the form or booking), never what you type into the form. Each has its own privacy notice and may process that data outside Mexico.
- If you choose to email us, the message travels through your own email service and is also subject to its terms.
- Beyond the above, we will share data only where a competent authority requires it under the law.
5. Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, objection) and how to exercise them
You have the right to Access your personal data and know how we process it, to Rectify it if inaccurate or incomplete, to request its Cancellation and to Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights).
To exercise them, email ventas@useatiende.ai with the subject “Privacy: ARCO rights”, state the email address you used to contact us, the right you are exercising and a clear description of your request. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the data belongs to you; do not send identity documents until we agree on an appropriate channel. We will reply through the same channel. If a legal reason prevents us from fulfilling the request immediately, we will explain it.
6. Withdrawing consent and limiting use
You may withdraw at any time the consent you gave when submitting the form, or ask us to stop using your data to contact you, by emailing ventas@useatiende.ai with the subject “Privacy: withdrawal”. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing and may mean we cannot continue handling your request.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
By default the website loads no measurement cookie or tag: it uses only the first-party functional cookie atiende_locale (your language) and stores in your browser your cookie decision and, for the session, the origin of your visit.
If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, we load the configured tags from Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn for visit measurement and advertising purposes (measuring ad effectiveness and conversions, such as submitting the form or booking a demo). You can reject them, accept only one category and withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button in the footer or on the Cookies and preferences page. Cal.com may use its own cookies only if you load the calendar. Details are on the Cookies and preferences page.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on the sales conversation and meet applicable obligations or any agreements that are entered into. You may request cancellation as described in section 5.
9. Changes to this notice
If the way this website processes personal data changes, we will update this page and its date. Before adding new purposes or tools that require your decision, we will give you the relevant information and choice. Date of last update: October 1, 2026.
10. Data protection authority
If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may go to the personal data protection authority in Mexico under the applicable law.
