Cookies and preferences
What this website stores in your browser, which measurement tags it loads only with your permission and how to change your decision. Last updated: October 1, 2026.
What is stored in your browser
The table summarizes what this website may store. By default only essentials are used: no measurement cookie is loaded. Analytics and marketing cookies appear only if you accept them, and Cal.com cookies only when you activate the calendar (“Load calendar” button or the pick-a-time step on the demo page); before that, Cal.com is not contacted.
| Name | Origin | Purpose | Duration | When it is used |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| atiende_locale | First-party (useatiende.ai) | Remember your language (es or en). Functional cookie. | 1 year | When you choose a language in the header. |
| atiende_consent | First-party (local storage) | Remember your cookie decision (version, date and accepted categories). It is not a tracking cookie. | 12 months | When you accept, reject or save your preferences. |
| atiende_campaign | First-party (session storage) | Remember where you came from in this session (utm_* parameters, ad click identifiers, referring site and first page). It is only sent with your form. | Until you close the tab | When you open any page. |
| Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) | Third-party (Google) | Measure visits and site usage. Category: analytics. | Up to 2 years | Only if you accept analytics and the tag is enabled. |
| Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn | Third-parties | Measure ad effectiveness and conversions (_gcl_*, _fbp, _ttp, LinkedIn cookies). Category: marketing. | Set by each platform | Only if you accept marketing and that platform’s tag is enabled. |
| Cal.com cookies | Third-party (cal.com) | Set by Cal.com to deliver its scheduling service. See its notice at https://cal.com/privacy. | Set by Cal.com | Only when you activate the calendar (contact or demo) or open its link. |
One language preference
The website uses a first-party cookie called atiende_locale to remember your choice between Spanish and English. Its value is the selected language, es or en; it does not contain your name, email or inquiry information. Changing the language in the header updates that preference.
- Name: atiende_locale.
- Purpose: remember this website’s language preference.
- Control: ES / EN selector and your browser’s cookie settings.
Measurement and advertising only with your permission
When this website has measurement tags enabled, you will see a cookie notice. Until you choose, nothing is loaded: not Google, not Meta, not TikTok, not LinkedIn. If you accept the analytics category, Google Analytics is loaded; if you accept marketing, the Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn tags are loaded for measurement and advertising purposes. “Reject non-essential” keeps everything off and “Preferences” lets you pick each category. If no tag is enabled, the notice is not shown because there is nothing to consent to.
These platforms receive technical data and browsing events (for example, that you submitted the form or booked a demo), never the personal data you type into the form. The language preference is not used to build an advertising profile.
The scheduler is an external service
The Cal.com scheduler does not load until you activate it: with the “Load calendar” button on the contact page, or by continuing to pick a time after submitting your details on the demo page. When you do, you interact with an external provider that may use its own storage mechanisms and process technical information to deliver its service. This language cookie does not control that behavior. Review its practices at https://cal.com/privacy before booking, or use ventas@useatiende.ai to request a meeting by email.
Change or withdraw your consent
You can withdraw or change your consent whenever you like with the “Cookie preferences” button (below on this page and in the footer across the site); withdrawing deletes the measurement cookies of this domain and reloads the page so the tags stop running. The platforms’ own cookies can also be managed from your browser. Your decision is remembered for 12 months and you are then asked again.
You can change language with the website selector or remove atiende_locale in your browser settings. Deleting it removes the saved preference; the language is also identified in the page address through /es or /en. If you block cookies, you can still access those routes directly, although your browser may not remember your choice on later visits.
Questions and updates
For questions about cookies or preferences, email ventas@useatiende.ai. This page describes the configuration of this website, not the practices of every tool that may be contracted in an Atiende project. Configuration changes are reflected here and in the privacy notice.
