01 / PRICINGWhy there is no price table
Two companies can ask for the same thing with the same name —an agent to book appointments— and need very different projects: one uses a single calendar while another has several locations, per-service rules and its own system. A list price would force us to overcharge whoever needs little or under-deliver to whoever needs a lot.
That is why we quote per project. Right now the site publishes no prices, ranges or plans, and any figure you receive will come in writing, in a proposal with its scope, validity and conditions.
02 / PRICINGWhich factors matter
These are the elements that most change a project’s scope. This is not a formula or a list of billing items; it is what we review to understand how much work is involved and how it is run afterwards.
- Channels: messaging, voice, web or a combination. Each channel has its own rules and provider conditions.
- Volume and seasonality: how many conversations you expect and whether there are peaks.
- Process complexity: number of steps, exceptions and decisions needing human approval.
- Systems to connect: how many, whether they offer a suitable interface and which permissions can be obtained.
- Security and compliance requirements: reviews, additional agreements, data residency or corporate authentication.
- Support and continuous improvement: review frequency and who handles incidents.
03 / PRICINGImplementation and operation
A project usually has two phases with costs of a different nature: design and launch, and ongoing operation. The proposal separates them so you know what you pay to build and what you pay to maintain. Usage charges from external providers (for example the messaging or voice service used) and licenses for your own systems are identified separately so there are no surprises.
We do not assume an upfront billing model: the exact structure —per project, monthly, per volume or a combination— is proposed for your case and agreed in writing.
04 / PRICINGHow the quoting process works
First, a conversation of about 30 minutes to understand your process, your systems and the result you expect. You can book it with the scheduler on the demo page or email ventas@useatiende.ai.
Second, if there is a fit, we prepare a proposal with scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, dependencies and commercial terms. Third, we review it with you and adjust the scope if needed; you can ask for a narrower version to start with a single case. Nothing is charged or activated by the mere fact of talking or receiving a proposal.
05 / PRICINGWhat to bring to the first conversation
You do not need everything defined. A rough idea of the process and your tools is enough to begin. If you want to move faster, prepare the following. Avoid sending passwords or your customers’ personal data through the sales form.
- Industry and the process you want to improve, and how it is handled today.
- Channels where requests arrive today and an approximate volume.
- Systems involved and who administers them.
- Security or procurement requirements your company has.
