01 / SERVICE STATUS
What this page measures
This page makes requests from your browser to some public routes of this site and shows whether they answered and how long they took. It is a point-in-time measurement made now, from your network and device: it may differ from what another person would get.
It measures the Atiende informational website. It does not measure the operation of any customer’s agents or third-party systems such as Cal.com or the email service.
02 / SERVICE STATUS
What we do not publish yet
We do not publish availability history or uptime percentages because we do not have a continuous record to back them. We will not show a permanent green line or a number with no measurement behind it. If a history is published in the future, it will state since when it is measured, which routes and with what method.
If you notice a problem, email ventas@useatiende.ai with the affected page and approximate time.
03 / SERVICE STATUS
How to read the results
Each row shows a public route, the response code and the time it took to answer. A 200 code means the server replied correctly; high latency can be due to your connection as much as to the server. Because the measurement is repeated only when you press the button, it does not represent the site’s behavior during the rest of the day.
The chosen routes are those that matter most for browsing the site and for search engines and automated assistants to read it: both language versions, the sitemap, the llms.txt file and the security contact. If one does not answer, measure again, try from another network and, if it persists, let us know.
04 / SERVICE STATUS
What is an agent and what is the site
The informational site and the agents we operate for customers are different things, with different infrastructure and owners. This page only covers the former. The availability of a production agent is agreed in the project, along with how to monitor it, who handles an incident and how it is communicated; it cannot be inferred from the site answering well.
A little more clarity
Before we begin.
Why might a route show as failed?
It could be your network, a browser extension, the route not existing in your environment or a real problem. Measure again before concluding.
Where can I see availability for recent months?
There is no published history yet. This page only shows live measurements.
